Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately after is has been received and notify us (within 5 business days) if there is any damage to an item, or if you received an incorrect item.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the item within 10 days of shipment date.  Item must be in New, unused condition and in its original packing and original receipt.  You will receive an exchange or refund to your credit card, bank, etc., once we receive and inspected the returned item.

If any item is damaged  within the 10 day Return period, you may return for repair. If you return the item for repair, follow all Return instructions below. Please be aware that in rare instances we may not be able to repair or replace the item exactly.  Since many items offered are one-of-a-kind original creations it may not be possible to restore the item to the identical design/color of the original the item.  We may have to rework the design slightly to make it appear uniform.  By returning the item for repair, you automatically authorize us to use our professional design judgment in restoring the item.


If any item breaks after the 10 day return period, you may return for repair but will be charged a repair fee of $25.00 (includes shipping). Since many items offered are one-of-a-kind original creations, we may not have the exact same materials to repair the item.  We may have to rework the design to make it appear uniform.  By returning the item for repair, you automatically authorize us to use our professional design judgment in restoring the item. You may end up with a slightly new design, but it will be as similar to the original design as possible. 

All Returns for REPAIR (whether within the 10 day period or not) must obtain a Return Authorization Number and follow the instructions outlined below for Returns.

Exceptions to Refund: The returned item must be in original condition; has not been used, altered, abused, re-sized, damaged, re-cut, or manipulated in any way.

Make Photocopy of receipt and write your Return Authorization Number on the receipt.

Place original receipt, jewelry item, and all original packaging into the box.  Contents must be secure inside the box to prevent damage.  Customer is responsible for shipping expense.  Insuring the shipment is strongly recommended.
